“Homage”

For this custom job, I was given a list of “likes and dislikes” from the client.

On the list of ‘likes’ was HellBoy and Metallica (I’m a huge fan of both Mike Mignola and Metallica so it was daunting and an honour to recreate such iconic artwork). ‘Capitalism’ was on the list of ‘dislikes’.

I sensed the soul of a rebel (no pun intended) so I pitched the idea of two different shoes. Anarchy won.
